GUEST CHEF POP-UP: ALAN BATES OF STUDIO IN COPENHAGEN
Join us for a special collaborative dinner between Monsieur Benjamin’s George Dingle and Alan Bates of STUDIO in Copenhagen! As head chef at one of the smallest Michelin-starred restaurants in Denmark, Chef Bates serves modern Scandinavian food through an international lens. His fine dining pedigree includes time at El Celler de Can Roca (***), The Fat Duck (***), Henne Kirkeby Kro (**) and The Hand & Flowers (**)–where he and Chef Dingle first met.
This ticketed experience starts at 6:30PM for all guests and includes a reception, seated dinner and beverage pairing. Please note that due to the nature of the event, dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated and guests will be seated on communal tables.
